From there, we’ll schedule a personalized consultation where we’ll dive into all the exciting details, your inspirations, your vision for the day, and the unique love story you want told. Together, we’ll start building a customized photography timeline, making sure every meaningful moment is planned for. Our goal is to create a workflow that matches your vibe, whether that’s laid-back and intimate or big and bold, so you feel confident and cared for every step of the way on YOUR big day!

Plan Your engagement

This is where your story really begins. Once you’re officially booked, we’ll move into planning your engagement session. We’ll talk through everything from wardrobe  to finding the perfect setting that reflects your personalities, whether that’s a golden-hour beach, a cozy downtown corner, or a place with special meaning to you both. We’ll help with styling tips, mood inspiration, and posing so that your engagement gallery feels like an authentic reflection of who you are as a couple. This will set the tone for your day.

Planning the details

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll collaborate to map out a full photography timeline tailored to your day. This includes everything from getting-ready candids to first looks, family portraits, the most important part of the day, your ceremony and those once-in-a-lifetime reception moments. We’ll work side by side to plan the flow so you don’t have to stress about logistics, and you can stay fully present. Our priority is making sure your vision comes to life seamlessly...every detail, every laugh, every tear, documented with intention.

The big day - your wedding day

When your wedding day arrives, we will be there not just as photographers, but as calm, supportive presences. We’ll guide you and your loved ones with natural prompts and posing when needed, while also stepping back to capture the raw, candid in-between moments that make your day truly yours. From the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the energy of the dance floor, we’re there to document it all. Genuine love, the connections, and the fleeting emotions you’ll want to relive forever.

The After party

Four weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive a teaser gallery, a curated collection of 50-75  highlight images that let you relive the magic while the full story is still unfolding. Within 90 days, you’ll receive your complete gallery: a timeless, hand-edited collection that captures the full depth and beauty of your wedding day.
